- Hold you accountable to the goals you’ve set — especially when life throws curveballs and slipping into old habits feels easier than staying on track.

- Challenge you respectfully when your actions don’t align with what you said you wanted.

- Coach you through setbacks instead of letting you spiral — we're here to bring out the best in you.

- Provide you with honest, evidence-based advice, not generic fluff or motivational cheerleading.

- Communicate clearly and professionally, and treat you as an individual.

- Celebrate your wins — big and small — and remind you how far you’ve come when you forget.

- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for your growth.

You Must...

- Show up and follow the plan, implement and give it your best shot.

- Take responsibility for your actions and results, rather than blaming time, work, or motivation.

- Ask for help when you need it, rather than suffer in silence or go missing.

- Check in on time and communicate clearly — this is a coaching relationship, not a guessing game.

- Respect our team and your fellow clients — we don’t tolerate drama or disrespect.

- Be coachable. This means being open to feedback, willing to change, and not expecting different results from the same old habits.

- Uphold the integrity of our community — what you bring to the space affects everyone else.

- Play the long game. This isn’t a 6-week fix — it’s the foundation of a stronger, more resilient you.


TERMS OF ENROLMENT

("Agreement")

Note to client:

At Synergy Coaching, we’re here to support you in achieving real, lasting change — physically, mentally, and emotionally. In order to facilitate that, we ask for your full engagement in the process. This isn’t another "quick fix". It’s a commitment — from both sides — to show up and do the work. To fully experience and gain the most benefit from the program, you agree to the following:


Section 1: Program Guidelines & Participation

1.1 All payments must be made in advance. Memberships are not confirmed until payment is received.

1.2 You acknowledge that participation in a fitness or nutrition program involves physical activity and inherent risk. Synergy Coaching and its team are not responsible for any injury sustained through participation. You accept full responsibility for your health and safety and agree to indemnify Synergy Coaching their employees and volunteers from liability for the injury of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in the program.

1.3 You agree to follow the coaching structure, guidelines, and programming provided to you by the Synergy Team.

1.4 You understand that your results are directly linked to your effort, consistency, and willingness to communicate openly and implement the advice given.

1.5 Operational hours and availability of staff may vary during holidays or other scheduled closures. Notice will be given where possible.


Section 2: Membership Types & Terms

2.1 ONLINE COACHING – ALL PROGRAM OPTIONS

All online coaching programs have a minimum commitment of three consecutive months. After this period, the agreement will automatically roll month-to-month.

A 28-day written notice is required for cancellation.

2.2 IN-PERSON COACHING – ALL PROGRAM OPTIONS

All in-person coaching programs, including group and private training at Synergy Gym, require a three-month minimum commitment.

After this, the membership continues on a monthly rolling basis with a 28-day cancellation notice.

2.3 GYM-ONLY MEMBERSHIPS

All gym-only memberships are subject to a three-month minimum term.

Once completed, the membership continues on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with 28 days' notice.


Section 3: Payments

3.1 You agree to pay on time via monthly recurring payment or in full (3, 6, or 12-month options). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3.2 Monthly agreements auto-renew each month unless cancelled per these terms.

3.3 You confirm you are the cardholder (or have permission from the cardholder) for the payment method used.

3.4 Your service will continue until cancelled as outlined in this agreement.


Section 4: Membership Pauses

4.1 Pause requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Pauses are limited to 30 days per calendar year.

4.3 A minimum of 28 days’ notice is required before your next scheduled payment to process a pause.

4.4 After the pause period, billing and access will resume automatically.

4.5 If you decide to cancel during a pause, standard cancellation notice still applies.


Section 5: Cancellations

5.1 All memberships require a written 28-day cancellation notice following the initial three-month term. Cancellation requests can be processed by actioning the 'Request Deactivation' button inside your Synergy App.

Alternatively you can e-mail your request to '[email protected]'

5.2 Any payments due within the 28-day notice period will be processed as normal and are non-refundable. This includes payments scheduled during the notice period after a cancellation request has been submitted.

5.3 Cancellation requests made while within the initial 3 month minimum commitment term will be processed at the end of this 3 month term.

5.4 Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5.5 These terms are fixed. If you don’t intend to adhere to them, do not proceed with sign-up.

Online Coaching - Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for services purchased online. To cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of purchase. However, this right is waived if you access your digital coaching platform & relevant digital content (Synergy Coaching App or Skool Community, videos, training modules, or downloadable resources) or any personalised services have been delivered (e.g., training or nutrition plans, onboarding materials). Once either has occurred, our standard cancellation and refund policy applies in full.


Section 6: Refund Policy

6.1 All payments are non-refundable.

6.2 Payments are non-transferable.

6.3 If you choose to end your membership early, no refund will be issued.

6.4 In certain cases, a credit note valid for 6 months may be issued, at Synergy's discretion.


Section 7: Conduct & Grounds for Removal

7.1 Synergy Coaching will provide the structure, support, and expertise for you to succeed — but results are only possible with your consistent participation, communication, and effort.

7.2 Synergy Coaching reserve the right to remove any client from the program, without refund, for behaviour that violates the values of the company or disrupts the coaching environment. This includes:

- Repeated refusal to follow coaching guidance

- Disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or fellow clients

- Misuse of community platforms (spam, self-promotion, or hostile content)

- Any conduct that threatens the safety, integrity, or cohesion of the community


Section 8: Agreement

8.1 Synergy Coaching reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

8.2 By completing payment and joining the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
